Check-in from 3 pm. Private parking right by your flat.
Give us a quick call when you set off (+49 152 5647 8238) — we hand over the key in person.
By train: ICE to Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe, then RegioTram to Immenhausen and bus 173 towards Holzhausen to Gut Waitzrodt – or pick-up on request.
Check-out by 10 am — just drop the key with us.
Need a little longer? Ask us — we’ll find a way if we can.
Beds made, one hand and one bath towel per guest.
Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, water & electricity usually included.
Melkerstübchen also has a travel cot and high chair.
Welcome in both flats (€25 per dog).
On the farmyard please keep dogs on a lead — the horses startle easily.
In the forest, off you go together.
Horses in the morning, the smell of the stable, mud after rain, sometimes a tournament.
If that sounds like home, you’ll love it here. Resort sterility is for elsewhere.
Please be mindful of the animals and other guests; nights are quiet.
Smoking outdoors only. Separate your waste (notes on site).
